ART. 1. GRAVEL RIDE TOUR is a road bike sport event regulated in the Cycling Regulations for All of the Royal Spanish Cycling Federation (RFEC) in the framework of a cycling specialty that conceives this sport as a physical exercise for sports, leisure and tourist or cultural purposes. The March will be subject to the provisions of Articles 15 and following of Annex II of Royal Decree 1428/2003, of 21 November, approving the General Traffic Regulations for the application and development of the articulated text of the Law on Traffic, Motor Vehicle Traffic and Road Safety, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 339/1990, of 2 March. It is a GRAVEL RIDE TOUR march open to all federated and non-federated cyclists over the age of 18.
GRAVEL RIDE TOUR is a non-competitive event that will be held at all times on roads open to road traffic. , which means that all participants must take extreme precautions throughout the route and always respect the traffic code.
GRAVEL RIDE TOUR is organized by the OCISPORT SERVEIS ESPORTIUS SLU.
ART. 2. GRAVEL RIDE TOUR will take the official start and finish:
- GRAVEL RIDE TOUR SANTA SUSANNA: on Saturday, April 6th, 2024 in the Santa Susanna sports area.
- GRAVEL RIDE TOUR VIC: on Saturday, May 25th, 2024 in the Vic sports area.
- GRAVEL RIDE TOUR GIRONA: on Sunday, September 22th, 2024 in the Girona sports area.
ART. 3. Registration fees:
- GRAVEL RIDE TOUR SANTA SUSANNA: from February 15th, 2024, until April 3th, 2024, or until a maximum of 200 participants are completed.
- Registration fee:

ART. 4. To participate, you must have the corresponding UCI or FCC-approved cycling license, or subscribe to the day license with insurance. provided by the organization. These are the only valid insurance policies accepted by the organization. Participants who do not have a license from the Catalan Cycling Federation will have to pay € 5 for day insurance, which provides medical coverage for physical injuries suffered by the participant, but does not cover material damage to the bicycle or other add-ons.
Participant assumes participation in the test at their own risk and risk. Also, at the time of registration, the participant declares to be physically fit for the test.
Registration is personal and non-transferable and implies acceptance of all articles of these regulations, as well as the conditions of purchase.

ART. 5. The organization will provide the material to all participants:
- Test participation
- Dorsal, mandatory for the front of the bike. A participant who does not visibly place the bicycle plate will be excluded from the route by members of the organization or by law enforcement.

ART. 6. Registrations will be made using the ROCKTHESPORTS payment gateway and returns will be made in accordance with its terms and conditions. ART. 10. The route of the march will not be signposted , it is mandatory to bring gps and will follow the track provided by the organization.
ART. 11. The organization will have, during the development of the test, ambulances at strategic points along the route and a PMA (advanced medical point) in arrival area, cars sweep.
ART. 12. The test must be done with a GRAVEL bike. Cyclocross, mountain biking and adapted road bikes are also accepted (and in eBike mode) but they are not the most recommended.
ART. 13. Cutting time. Cut-off points are planned for refreshments.
ART. 14. Any participant who completes the course in its entirety, within the times provided by the organization, will be considered the Finisher of the GRAVEL RIDE TOUR.
ART. 15. All participants must pay attention and follow the traffic rules. The test runs on roads open to traffic. Those who do not comply with the traffic rules will be expelled from the march and subsequent editions.
Registration for the event implies that the participant assumes the risks inherent in participating in an event open to traffic, and excludes the organization of the event of liability for any incident or accident arising from participation in it. In the event of an accident or emergency.

Acceptance of these rules implies that the participant authorizes the organizers of the GRAVEL RIDE TOUR to record all or part of their participation in it; gives their consent for them to use their image for the promotion and dissemination of the image of the march in all its forms (radio, press, video, photo, internet, posters, media, etc.), and gives all the rights relating to its commercial and advertising exploitation that it deems appropriate to execute, without the right on its part to receive any financial compensation. ART. 21. The mere fact of enrolling in this test implies acceptance of these regulations and the waiver of all rights against the organization, including the waives any legal action that may result from your participation in the trial.
ART. 22. Strictly penalizing those participants who:
- Don’t follow traffic rules.
- Failure to follow police and organization guidelines.
- Don’t go through the exit control and others on the route.
- Dirt or degrade the route by throwing garbage.
Penalty will be:
- Test disqualification, no right to high quality photography at the finish line.
- Prohibition from participating in other editions of the test.
ART. 23. The organization will designate a group of participants whose role will be to ensure the safety of the event. These collaborators have the power to communicate to the organization the behavior of any participant in relation to the conduct described in Article 22. These communications will have the same value as the complaints made by the organization itself.
ART. 24. The organization will not be held responsible if the event is suspended or postponed due to force majeure.
ART. 25. It is strongly recommended that participants undergo a medical examination before participating in the test.

Art. 2 . CANYON GIRONA GRAVEL RIDE TOUR will take the official start on Saturday, September 23, 2023, the 125km start and Sunday, September 24, the 79km start at Avinguda Josep Tarradellas in Girona. The finish line will be at Parc de la Devesa in Girona.

They are the only valid insurances accepted by the organization. Participants who do not have a license from the Catalan Cycling Federation must pay €5 in terms of day insurance, which provides medical cover for physical injuries suffered by the participant, but does not cover material damage to the bicycle or other add-ons.
The participant undertakes to participate in the test under his own responsibility and at his own risk. Also, at the time of registration, the participant declares to be physically fit for the test.
The registration is personal and non-transferable and implies the acceptance of all the articles of the present regulations, as well as the conditions of purchase.

Registration for the test assumes that the participant assumes the risks inherent in participating in a test open to traffic, and excludes the organization of the test from liability for any incidents or accidents arising from participation in it.

The organization is not responsible for any accident that could be the cause or victim of the participant, who must be covered by the corresponding federative license or accident insurance taken out from the organization in case it is not federated. Art. 7. Bib numbers will be collected in the Vic sports area:
- Friday, May 26
- Saturday, May 27
Art. 8. To collect the plate it is mandatory to present the DNI or NIE and the cycling license in case the insurance proposed by the organization has not been subscribed. For those under the age of 18, it is mandatory to present the parental authorization (download attached sheet) duly signed. If the license is not presented, €3 will be charged as day insurance.
Art. 9. It is mandatory to use an approved cycling helmet.
Art. 10. The route of the march will not be signposted , it is mandatory to bring GPS and the track provided by the organization will be followed.
Art. 11. The organization will have, during the development of the test, ambulances at strategic points along the route and a PMA (advanced medical point) in the finish area, broom cars.
Art. 12. Solid and liquid refreshments will be located at:
- Refreshments SHORT ROUTE: PK 47.7 and PK 61.2
- Refreshments LONG ROUTE: PK 47.7 and PK 83.7
Art. 13. The test must be carried out with a GRAVEL bike. Cyclocross, MTB and adapted road bikes are also accepted but they are not the most recommended.
Art. 14. Cut-off time. Cut-off points are planned for supplies.
Art. 15. Any participant who completes the route in its entirety, within the timetables provided by the organization, will be considered a Finisher of the GRAVEL RIDE TOUR VIC.
Art. 16. All participants must heed and follow traffic rules. The test takes place on roads open to traffic. Anyone who does not comply with traffic rules will be expelled from the march and subsequent editions.
Registration for the test assumes that the participant assumes the risks inherent in participating in a test open to traffic, and excludes the organization of the test from liability for any incidents or accidents arising from participation in it.
Art. 17. The organization is not responsible for any accident that could be the cause or victim of the participant, who must be covered by the corresponding federative license or accident insurance taken out from the organization in case it is not federated. It is also not liable for the expenses or debts that the participants may incur during the test, nor for the losses or damages that the bicycles or other equipment of the participants may suffer.
The participant exempts the organization from any responsibility for loss or deterioration of personal items due to any circumstances.
Art. 18. The participant must accept the document “Declaration of the GRAVEL RIDE TOUR VIC which informs of the risks involved in participating in the test and excludes the organizer from responsibilities in the event of any incident or accident resulting from participation in the GRAVEL RIDE TOUR VIC. In the case of online registrations, this document is visible at the time of registration and must be accepted in order to complete the process correctly. If it is not accepted at this time, for example, in appointments with the possibility of in-person registration, it must be signed when collecting the bib before departure.
Art. 19. The organizer guarantees full compliance with the regulations for the protection of personal data and, thus, in accordance with Organic Law 15/1999, the participant is informed and gives his consent to the incorporation of his data in the existing automated files on the part of the organizer and to the treatment of the same for their use in relation to the execution of administrative, commercial management and other own activities.
Art. 20. The organization reserves the right to make the appropriate modifications, when for some reason it deems it necessary. Likewise, the right of admission is reserved.
Art. 21. Image rights. The acceptance of these regulations obligatorily implies that the participant authorizes the organizers of the GRAVEL RIDE TOUR VIC to record all or part of their participation in it; gives his consent so that they can use his image for the promotion and dissemination of the image of the march in all its forms (radio, press, video, photo, internet, posters, media, etc.), and cedes all the rights related to their commercial and advertising exploitation that they consider appropriate to execute, without the right to receive any financial compensation. This article can also be extended to photographs.
Art. 22. The mere fact of enrolling in this test implies the acceptance of these regulations and the waiver of all rights against the organization, including also the waiver of any legal action that may arise from your participation in the test .
Art. 23. Strictly, those participants will be penalized who:
- Do not respect traffic rules.
- Do not respect the safety instructions given by the police and the organization.
- Do not go through the exit control and others located on the route.
- They litter or degrade the route, throwing rubbish.
The penalty will be:
- Disqualification of the test, without the right to photograph in high quality at the finish line.
- Prohibition to participate in other editions of the test.
Art. 24. The organization will designate a group of participants whose function will be to ensure the safety of the test. These collaborators have the power to communicate to the organization the behavior of any participant in relation to the behaviors described in article 24. These communications will have the same value as the complaints made by the organization itself.
Art. 25 . The organization will not assume any responsibility if the event is suspended or postponed due to force majeure.
Art. 26. Participants are advised to undergo a medical examination before participating in the test.
